前些日子环球教育林迁老师同几个美国哥们buddies 去北京某个餐馆就餐，索性坐下来让老外享用咱中国的cuisine。可是令人笑喷的是，兄弟Andrew 拿着一个菜谱menu 脸色煞白的大喊道“Hi，Aaron，I won't take the cuisine here”！说罢，笔者拿过来看了下，顿时彻底speechless！

　　上面的老干妈英文翻译竟然为“Old and dry mother”，不能不佩服这个“翻译大师”的翻译。其实根据笔者在国外生活的经历，很多外国的购物网站上都是直接的翻译“Lao GanMa”。

　　今天老师不得不说些这些所谓的Chinglish 中式英语了。类似这样蠢的中式翻译还有很多，如-童子鸡Chicken without sexual life，这里真的想问下，平时鸡群们有sexual life吗？前些年比较火的所谓饮料王老吉——The king is always lucky，也难怪老师的美国哥们百思不得其解其中之奥妙！

　　类似的餐饮类中式翻译，老师再给大家列出几个：

　　狮子头 Lion's head ，以前的一个法国兄弟吃了一口，惶恐的看着我说了句：“这是我吃的第一份狮子肉，Aaron”。

　　狗不理包子 dog won't leave，老师推荐的翻译为-Goubuli stuffed bun。

　　老师说到此有些同学不禁要说，可是Long time no see 在美国已经被老外所接受了！诚如所言，随着更多的华人在海外生活、工作，影响力愈来愈大，否认不了！其实在美国只有那帮底层的蓝领们blue collar们才说这个long time no see；而在美国上层主流社会则用we haven't seen each other for a long time等诸如native speaker用的英文。

　　当然了强烈建议咱中国的English leaner们多读些原汁原味的东西，不建议大家读China Daily！这里不是歧视，以前呢，大家知道的被曝光的“地沟油 gutter oil”，中国日报英文版就是这么写的，彻底无语了吧。老师建议翻译成-recyclable cooking oil。

　　类似这样的啼笑皆非的中式英文Chinglish 还有不少，下面是老师在网络上一一搜索汇总而成的，给大家列举出来，Check it out guys！
